Amazing minor A&E unit! We were on a camping trip nearby when we thought my daughter had an infection. The staff were so nice and attentive, they cleaned the wound and gave us some gauze and saline drops to keep it clean. In and out in an hour fantastic service once again from our NHS thank you!
Go to glam Clwyd best service ever will never go to holywell ever again broke 3 bones in my foot put it in plaster when they shouldn't of made me suffer more pain absolutely disgusting even waited 3 hours as they didn't put x-ray through had to wait there mistake then even wanted to take my blood again as they didn't print it out to put on the bottle absolutely UNPROFESIONAL go to the professionals GLAN CLWYD
What an amazing doctors surgery, great staff and being able to get same day appointments to see the doctors. Also the minor injuries is great with next to no waiting times always seen and sorted there and save many hours in A&E and clogging the system there. Always go there first unless absolutely necessary to go to A&E. 5 STARS 100%
Attended on a Sunday morning with minor injury, seen and treated in 10 minutes. Absolutely brilliant. Staff were really polite and competent. Would recommend for any minor injury.
Had to visit the MIU for a knee injury and Megan was the absolute best! Had me all patched up and x-rayed in record time. Next time I won't put off going to the hospital!
