So thankful for my time at Holyoake. You can self refer from the website and it’s so easy. I had an appointment very quickly and the counselling team was so welcoming and listened to me without judging me! Unlike other agencies. And the services are FREE for individual counselling and participating in peer group session. My partner was also able to get support to help me.
