I sought help from the mental health team at Holyoake Northam after a particularly troubling time. I can not recommend them enough. My counsellor Nisia gets 6/5 stars! Just awesome. The most caring, understanding, supportive and professional person you could hope to encounter when seeking this type of help. Reach out and speak. It is amazing the results you can achieve.

I had to call head to health myself for my first appointment because I was forgotten. I had one more appointment with the counsellor who then referred to Drug and alcohol service (not for drug and alcohol counselling as they aren't my issues, for "transport and extra support"). I was told by the drug and alcohol counsellor to have compassion for a someone who I felt discriminated by in a public setting while I was extremely emotionally distressed, I was in fact crying. Easy going and easy to talk to , always feel comfortable and welcome . Chris is a lovely person always a pleasure to see her. She makes me feel like I can achieve my goals and that I am worthy as a person.
