I just have to put it out there!! I have never in all my 57 yrs of humanity felt so supported respected and appreciated for my mental health. Bottom line hands down NORTHAM HOLYOAKE has put humanity back into my spirit. The STAFF from speaking over the phone on many occasions have been professionally supportive with huge heart felt emotions!!!!!!! I sought help from the mental health team at Holyoake Northam after a particularly troubling time. I can not recommend them enough. My counsellor Nisia gets 6/5 stars! Just awesome. I had to call head to health myself for my first appointment because I was forgotten. I had one more appointment with the counsellor who then referred to Drug and alcohol service (not for drug and alcohol counselling as they aren't my issues, for "transport and extra support"). I was told by the drug and alcohol counsellor to have compassion for a someone who I felt discriminated by in a public setting while I was extremely emotionally distressed, I was in fact crying.
