My brother at ALS my sister-in-law called them and tried to play with them to come and see my brother he had pneumonia and he died by the time we got him to the hospital it was too late

They are no place where you want to put your senior citizen in their hands. We had appointment with these clowns on July 3, no show, no phone call. Lady name Nana supposed to been giving us a call. No PHONE Call. If you can, please stay with your PCP. They are terrible organization.

I see dr Schwartz! He is awesome! It’s the staff in the office is very unprofessional! Penny is the main factor! She is the worst and her attitude is very nasty! She lied about calling me for my new address which she never. My home health agency will fax papers that needs to be signed. For some reason my doctor never get it. Penny will make this place lose patients if she keep up that nasty attitude!
