My experience with her was insultingly transactional. Dr. Pourandi was referred to me by a family member, unfortunately the experience has been very poor across the board. Front staff: Incredibly poor attitude, they messed up providing my information to Makenzie health for an MRI, after multiple follow ups with both Makenzie and Holy Trinity clinic, it turned out that there were multiple attempts from Makenzie health communicating to the clinic about missing/incorrect information, none of which was communicated to me until I dug into it. Dr. Poorandy is the best! We really cannot say good enough about her. She is so knowledgeable and so patient, and listen to my parents very carefully! My parents follow her from her previous work location. Although here is 30 minutes far away from our home and my parents don’t understand English, but they still love to see Dr. Poorandy.
