I ordered buy one get one free and got charged for both. Called up the store, and they said they couldn't do anything. In the end, I didn't even receive my order

To the owner of this place, I wanted to share my feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, when I ordered the burger baguette with salad and tomatoes, I was expecting to see larger pieces of veggies.
