The receptionist was mocking me before she hung up, I don’t think she realized she didn’t hang up the phone fast enough. Very rude

I always come to this location for my yearly mammogram, and it is always, despite the unpleasantness of having a mammogram, a pleasant experience. Today Mary Grace was the radiologist who conducted the mammogram and she made it as pain-free and bearable as possible. She was sweet and pleasant and kind and got it done quickly.
I honestly love it here. My most recent experience reminded me why. I had to bring my six week old baby to an appointment. When we arrived he started crying for a diaper change and bottle. He likes to be held after his bottle so Dr. Kroes handled the second part of our appointment first then offered to check-in on other patients and come back for the exam once the baby was ready to go back into his stroller.
