Earlier this week, I purchased a chair and loveseat. Against my better judgement, and as a matter of convenience, and I was assured that this delivery service was VERY reliable I paid $80.00 to have it delivered on Saturday, July 17th. I waited in all day, as the delivery window was between 1:00 and 5:00 P.M. I called the store at 4:55P.M., because I had heard nothing from the delivery person.
