Have sciatica and Erika taught me what to do and what I needed to do! After a few sessions I was a whole lot better. Need to continue my therapy on my own, but because of Erika's expertise I am a fully cognitive to keep the pain away and the excercises I need to do. Hope to continue therapy with their gym upstairs, which is a really good secret at Holy Redeemer. Thanks a whole lot to all that helped.
