My husband went to this facility on a Wednesday with a referral from his family physician. He needed a chest xray because he had fallen and his ribs hurt quite badly … and here it is 7 days later and no one has read his x ray yet and this is after repeated calls by myself and his primary care office . Needless to say this facility needs improvement and we will not return and I have let many people become aware of how this facility failed my husband .

We took our children to Medex Group's urgent care and were extremely dissatisfied. Everything went well at reception: we were greeted warmly, and the registration process was quick—this step deserves an A+.
