We took our children to Medex Group's urgent care and were extremely dissatisfied. Everything went well at reception: we were greeted warmly, and the registration process was quick—this step deserves an A+. Got imaging done here in January 2024 and I’ve been dealing with the billing dept with no response on a bill that’s already been paid by the insurance. Don’t know how this is possible but it’s not professional. Update: I got it resolved after a year. I no longer use this facility for care
