Has wonderful people that work there
When we call to the worker was angry
I go there a couple of times a week and it's been a lot more enjoyable than the big chain gyms. No BS at all and the people are nice.
They have water exercises twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 9am 12pm or 130pm. The water is really warm so it is great for people with arthritis. The classes are fun.
