Dr. Pfisterer and his team have been treating me for 5 years. My care has been 10/10. I finally reached the time for a full knee replacement in April, and the surgery and after care has been excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Pfisterer and his team for any orthopedic needs. Office needs to get its act together. While they make zocdoc available, and zocdoc shows available appointments, these aren’t really available. They called me to switch the date and explained that they don’t update their schedule on zocdoc. Well then, don’t use it! The office switched the appointment to a week later and then told me I won’t even be seen by a doctor. I will be seen by a physicians assistant. This experience and the many reviews referring to a poorly run office have caused me to look elsewhere.
I’ve been trying to make an appointment with this office over a week and they have yet to received my emailed info that’s needed for my consultation. I’ve done multiple calls, emails, and voicemails and no call back.
This place sucks big time, should be closed down!!!
