Very unfortunate that I have to find a new office because they can not seem to return calls, cancel appts or communicate effectively. Disturbed is an understatement I brought this to their attention last year nothing changed. Mondays storm was on the news all week and I get an alert Sunday my appt is now moved up NOT cancelled. Monday no appt no call back left 3 voicemails and a message with service same day that I have no meds. I was a patient in this office but stopped visiting because the front desk staff being unfriendly and unhelpful. I called last week to make an appointment after two years of not coming back as I decided to find another GYN. But, the staff continues to be rude. I wanted to make an appointment for my pregnancy and told the lady I wanted to see the doctor because I may have signs of miscarriage and I just realized I’m pregnant. I hate to give something bad review, but meanwhile I was very disappointed with the service: I made appointment about 5-6 months ago, I understand as new patient we all have to wait, so I patiently. No called was answered, always have to go through answering service when try to talk to someone in the office. now they called me, they have to cancel my appointment due to that day the doctor is only in hospital calls after 6 months waiting appointment. The doctors in this office are absolutely incredible!! I love all the doctors in this office. They are kind and great at their jobs, but the front desk staff are so rude and horrible to the patients! They don't accommodate doctor requests when they ask you to come in for an emergency. They tell you to go to an urgent care and hang up on you. This is alarming especially if you are pregnant and want to make sure the baby is okay.
