This Review is for the pediatric department. They have the audacity to take you out of the schedule without previous notice and don’t even offer an apology. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. They pick and choose who they want to see and place you in a waiting list whenever they decided, just because. Shame on you, we bring our kids to get help and this is what we have to deal with.
The facility has all the amenities but lacking in two areas. One is cleanliness, they never wipe down any of the equipment benches rails chairs, which makes it a germ fest. Also to instructors are not one on one they take on several patients at one time and don’t give the full attention to the patient.
I started PT October 2024 at Holy Name Hospital Rehabilitation ,from the front desk to the back the therapist were very friendly. Highly recommended.They help achieve my goals, thank you.
Great energy from experienced staff. Very clean. Valet great option for those days you can’t find parking.
I want to thank Amy and Meg for their assistance and dedication in assisting me with my recovery from a total knee replacement. The encouragement, support made PT much easier though tough for me. A long process but always smiling and moving me forward in my recovery. Thanks a bunch Amy and Meg.
