Dr. Kristen Pena is not a serious doctor. She not compassionate, open minded and helpful, overall very dismissive and laughed at patients pain and suffering! She doesn’t know anything and is not patient oriented. She said she can’t do anything to help and has other people to go to. Completely different care than the hospital itself.
Worst customer service for getting test results, and to talk to the attending physicians. The medical records dept was asking for authorization, which was supposedly given for signature during admission, and they never get back to me to send the form. Operator don’t know what his doing, transferred me to a different doctor and will pass you and hold you for a long time without any information and hang-up. Stay away in this hospital. Will not recommend to anyone.
Fast and professional. We love this hospital.
