Do not come to this hospital if you have a life-threatening issue — you may not make it out of the ER. The wait time is unbelievably long, and it seems like the staff just don't care anymore. I've been sitting in the ER waiting area for over 3 hours, and no one has come out to assist. It's incredibly stressful to sit here in pain, dealing with your own medical issues, while feeling completely ignored. Dr. Kristen Pena is not a serious doctor. She not compassionate, open minded and helpful, overall very dismissive and laughed at patients pain and suffering! She doesn’t know anything and is not patient oriented. She said she can’t do anything to help and has other people to go to. Completely different care than the hospital itself.
Worst customer service for getting test results, and to talk to the attending physicians. The medical records dept was asking for authorization, which was supposedly given for signature during admission, and they never get back to me to send the form. Operator don’t know what his doing, transferred me to a different doctor and will pass you and hold you for a long time without any information and hang-up. Stay away in this hospital. Will not recommend to anyone.
