I visited the Holy Name Breast Center for a DEXA scan yesterday. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, and they had asked me to arrive 30 minutes early—but I got there 45 minutes ahead of time. Unfortunately, I realized I had forgotten to bring my prescription. When I explained the situation to the receptionist(her name is Camelia), she was incredibly kind and understanding. What a great experience for it being my 1st mammogram ever. Being greeted and helped by Camelia at the front desk (btw who is bilingual) and my Tech Diana (btw who is bilingual as well) took great care of me. Made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and so friendly especially me being nervous and it being my 1st mammogram experience.
