My husband and I visited this restaurant on July 2nd at around 5:30pm. When we walked in were seated by the hostess in the bar area. After well over 15 minutes had passed, no one ever came to greet us, ask for our drink order or even acknowledge that we were there to dine. Several other tables around us were assisted....but not US (hmmm?). We decided to leave. Our waiter Kyle was amazing and very attentive to us, always had a smile on his face. Our food was delish, try the crab bisque! Shame to see it getting bad reviews, I def recommend this cute place.
Excellent all you can eat crab legs on Mondays. Even the side dishes of fries and hush puppies were excellent. Wonderful service. We plan to go back.
The management is immature, extremely unprofessional, spiteful, and likes to harass former employees. They can not accept when they have screwed up and instead blame not only the staff under them but also the customers.
My friends and I searched for seafood restaurant on Google and found Holy Mackerel. We were not disappointed it was fantastic! Service was great our waiter was excellent. I will return when I come back to visit Williamsburg.
