The manager, Bryan, was polite and professional. I was kept apprised how the anticipated service was going, along with expected charges. Appreciated the ongoing communication. I was pleased with the repairs and definitely recommend Holy Ground.
Bryan Brumfield, the Shop Manager, worked me in to repair my Odyssey which had a dying alternator. Within 24 hours I was driving away with a fully repaired vehicle. I couldn't be more appreciative of their service. Ill be back when my car needs service.
We took our Ford Transit 350 XLT in for oil change, new rear brakes, and a rear axle gasket cap leak/replacement and an inspection. We knew our van needed some other things but Bryan was able to give us details on tread depth, front brake pad life, etc to help us prioritize upcoming maintenance. I always appreciate the updates via text. They are also great at explaining car things in an easy to understand way. The work was completed in the timeframe we were told. I appreciate you getting our vehicle road trip ready!
They do good work, but sometimes it takes a little longer for them to get the job done.
