I waited 2 hours after having an appointment time. I saw multiple people go before me that arrived after I did. Then the entire staff attempted to gaslight me by saying that they didn't receive the email with my pets vet records even though I showed them it was sent to the correct email. Do not go here unless you like waiting around for nothing. Charged $80 as well.
We have been going there for many years. DR O'Connor is a loving and caring man. His staff is also. Prices are fair, The only complaint I have is they are getting overwhelmed with all the patients and they really do need to consider hiring another vet. Or someone else to help out Doctor O Connor. We recently visited the again. Because my dog was having an issue, and biting himself and bleeding. And I was very upset. and they did fit us in, and I asked her, how long it would be. I got a certificate from city hall to have a cat fixed. This veterinarian charged $180. That is definitely not a reduced price. In fact, it’s more than I’ve ever paid. And this was 3-4 years ago.
