My experience at Providence was very good. Time in the ER seemed a little long. But there were many of us there. It helped to have the EKG, CT and bloodwork done before a room was available. It made doctor diagnosis go quickly. My night nurse, Trish, was so kind and caring. She answered all my questions and calmed my fears. She treated me like a friend, not just a patient. My surgery, from pre-op consultation to being wheeled to our car for the trip home post-surgery, went smoothly. Very grateful for those who made it possible!
Maybe you don't want patients having my chart when you give the "your labs look normal" speech. Nice when you can see they down right lie to you. Just because something might not be life threatening doesn't mean it's not of concern. Only 2 stars because the nurse and front staff where nice
