discovered a horrendous lie in my medical record that was getting released to other providers, and when I messaged the practitioner about it, was locked out of my patient portal. called about it and the receptionist lied about reactivating it, kinda surprised my long term provider here who has witnessed my challenges first hand can't be bothered to own up to her horrendous mistake affecting my life (getting me kicked out of talk therapy) and just be professional. I have a right to review my records and get errors fix by law.... read more
When I began my care at Holy Family, it seemed like an excellent fit. On paper, as an on-fire Catholic, I was so excited to have health care that I didn't need to question whether it was in line with the church! I used to love the clinic! *This review is all based on my own experience and opinion. Unfortunately, as time passed, I was double-billed for services I paid for, which took many months to resolve and after many unanswered voicemails.
