Lovely, helpful staff. Clean spaces. Calm, welcoming environment.
I was very sorry to find out HFCC was parting ways with my doctor and several others. Even more sorry to learn that since they terminated my doctor, one of the founding fathers to the clinic, HFCC decided to cut off my access to my records from my time there. This doesn't bode well for a religious affiliated clinic. I have on going medical issues. OHSU provided all my info from when I was first a patient there, over 1000 printed pages, a CD, and on line access. This "woke" institution is treating their patients more kindly t... read more
discovered a horrendous lie in my medical record that was getting released to other providers, and when I messaged the practitioner about it, was locked out of my patient portal. called about it and the receptionist lied about reactivating it, kinda surprised my long term provider here who has witnessed my challenges first hand can't be bothered to own up to her horrendous mistake affecting my life (getting me kicked out of talk therapy) and just be professional. I have a right to review my records and get errors fix by law.... read more
