Staffing by far above ratios and all are pleasant to work with. Building is super clean. Coworkers are supported by upper management. Happy Employees=great patient care and outcomes. We enjoy our residents and worked hard to earn our good standing.
If I could give this Amazing facility 15 I would. The staff is more then great. The nurses are incredible. The physical and occupational team, couldn't ask for a better one. The social worker will go above and beyond. To make sure that your family's needs are met.
The banner out front of the building says it all! US News and World Report 2022-2023 rates Holy Cross in top ten best LTC and Rehabilitation facility in nation. I have found the culture is warm and inviting.
