Would not recommend. Rude and the orthopedic did not understand that im the client paying for service.
Terrible follow thru, no return calls , constant chase, lazy Dr, lazy PA - not willing to do their job and help , I would never recommend this place.!! Zero stars or negative
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited over an hour and a half. When I asked the ladies at the desk what the hold up was, they said that Dr. Mills was running behind and they weren’t sure how much longer it would be. I just left because I couldn’t miss that much work and was irritated. Finally got a second appointment because I was sure my foot was broken and couldn’t bare it any longer. Everyone was VERY helpful. Andrea, the Scheduling Coordinator was fantastic. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the entire pre op preparation required. Emily the PA was also very thorough when explaining the X-ray results and hip replacement surgery.
