I went to Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute to see Gregory Nikolos,PA-C for a gel Synvisc injection to relieve pain in my knees. Outside of his professional knowledge, nice personality, appointment promptness, he certainly helped with my knee pain. I highly recommend seeing Gregory Nikolos and the staff at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute for relieving knee pain if your not ready for knee replacement..
Would not recommend. Rude and the orthopedic did not understand that im the client paying for service.
Terrible follow thru, no return calls , constant chase, lazy Dr, lazy PA - not willing to do their job and help , I would never recommend this place.!! Zero stars or negative
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited over an hour and a half. When I asked the ladies at the desk what the hold up was, they said that Dr. Mills was running behind and they weren’t sure how much longer it would be. I just left because I couldn’t miss that much work and was irritated. Finally got a second appointment because I was sure my foot was broken and couldn’t bare it any longer.
