Was referred to the Orthopedic Institute by our Holy Cross Primary Care Physician. Met with Dr Wodicka on 6-12-2023. Public Relations Skills were none existent. I am 💯 % Disable Vietnam Veteran was wearing a Vietnam Hat that indicated where I served. He never thanked me for serving our country. Passed me up and shook my wife’s hand and then came back to me. TERRIBLE. Receptionists are bad and don’t want to work. I’ve visited a doctor that prepped referrals for me to do special tests, but they never sent the referrals to the appropriate place. It feels like you are doing their job…
My wife and I have both utilized this office and have found it to be proffessional. I had knee surgery some years ago and everything I could have expected went normal. Dr. Bruce is the best.
