RecommendedDr. Heim has a stellar reputation and her resume is most impressive. Luckily for me, she works with Holy Cross Healthplex, which is one of the best in South Florida. Her staff welcomed me and were very professional. She explained my condition thoroughly and said that I had a giant cell soft tissue tumor that needed to be removed. I saw Dr. Fingado for a foot injury last week. It turns out that I fractured my 2nd metatarsal. He was so great! He told me what to expect from my recovery and was very thorough. I will definitely see him again for any other further injuries. I highly recommend him.
They are extremely disrespectful of their patients time. Last visit I waited an hour and 15 minutes, today I've been waiting an hour and 50 minutes so far and no one is close to coming in. And this is to see the Dr's Assistant.
staff needs lots of training. cant even get a rx authorization :(
