I’m sharing my cousin’s poor experience with her recent delivery under the care of Dr. Maduka Odogwu. Much of the labor-and-delivery care felt dismissive and lacking in compassion. From my own perspective it appeared like bias based on her race, her gender, or both and may have influenced how she was poorly treated. After her C-section, the recovery nurses were the only team members who showed kindness. They cheered her on with her walking with her baby (less than 12 hours post-op) and celebrated small wins like her finishin... read more

2 stars because the place was disgusting. The toilet had a poop pebble on it and gross environment. The nurses were nice but the Nurse Practioner was from a different culture and wasn't very sensitive or listened to any of my concerns but more so disregarded much of what I was saying. If I didn't go in with a disease, I know I left with one.

The doctors knowledge on women’s health here starts and ends with birth control. If you’re in your baby having years you will get zero help. I paid $400 for two appointments to be told at both to take birth control and ibuprofen (I’m allergic) as my only options of endometriosis management. This place is a true look into what a joke women’s health is to the medical industry and what a scam it all is. Not to mention how disgustingly dirty the bathroom is there. The only redeeming quality about this place is that the woman I t... read more

It is unfortunate that I have to give this medical practice 1 star because I rather not give any. Dr. Odogwu has horrible patient care and only cares to rush his job and make money. He made my delivery such a terrible experience. At 37 weeks, he began demanding that I consider an induction despite me continuously stating that I was not interested in being induced. When I did begin contracting at 41 weeks and arrived to the hospital, I was 4 centimeters dilated. He immediately asked hospital staff to break my water. I refused... read more

the name “holy cross” is quite ironic because the staff there are far from holy. the receptionists attitudes are absolutely disgusting. as i was leaving today i was trying to ask a question about my return to work and she says “did the doctor tell you otherwise” in the nastiest tone then tells me about my prescription i needed to pick up since i had been “complaining” about my c section incision. i never said anything about it my husband asked a question about it, but either way they need retrained on how to talk to patients... read more
