It is unfortunate that I have to give this medical practice 1 star because I rather not give any. Dr. Odogwu has horrible patient care and only cares to rush his job and make money. He made my delivery such a terrible experience. At 37 weeks, he began demanding that I consider an induction despite me continuously stating that I was not interested in being induced. the name “holy cross” is quite ironic because the staff there are far from holy. the receptionists attitudes are absolutely disgusting. as i was leaving today i was trying to ask a question about my return to work and she says “did the doctor tell you otherwise” in the nastiest tone then tells me about my prescription i needed to pick up since i had been “complaining” about my c section incision. i never said anything about it my husband asked a question about it, but either way they need retrained on how to talk to patients... read more
