I had a septum correction surgery with Dr. Ian Huang, and everything went perfectly. He also removed my silicone splints with great care. He may not be very talkative, but he is truly a professional who knows his job well. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

I had an appointment here with Dr Ian Huang February 2025 for repeated long term voice loss. Over 8 times in a years span, he came in dismissive immediately, asking about me being there for losing my voice twice, I corrected him, he looked down my throat with a light and in my nose briefly, said he saw nothing, I didn't have nodes, but could send me for a referral to the voice clinic. Saw Dr ian Huang in October/24 regarding sinus congestion, he recommended surgery on my nose, which I agreed to, he then had me make a appointment for allergy tests, and a doctor to see if I could have the surgery, (I have severe COPD), all of this within 2 weeks time. As far as I knew all was well and was on the waiting list. Fast forward to September/25 , finally got the surgery set for October 17, all good. Can’t ever get through to their phone staff,… and no voicemail either - wth?!?🤦🏽♂️ How and who do we report such unprofessional and unethical business practices to?!!
