I went to see Dr. Huang after getting a referral for my ears. I wish I cancelled my appointment. Without getting any previous history, he immediately came to the conclusion of cleaning earwax. Which would've been okay but he was really rough during the procedure. I had to try so hard not to scream due to the pain. Even after telling him it was painful, he did not stop. Dr Huang is a total embarrassment to the medical field. I was aware of his horrible reviews when I googled his name after originally being referred to him. I then experienced it first hand. I had one of the first appointments in the morning (8am) and waited an hour and a half before leaving on my own accord. I had a specialist appointment with Dr. Huang to discuss lifelong nasal issues. I have experienced a runny nose every day of the year my entire life, with no reaction to allergens like dust or pollen, and allergy medications have never helped. I had a great experience with Dr Huang. He diagnosed the cause of my sinusitis and treated the issue.
Have been calling the office for days at different times and no one answers. It only goes to an answering machine saying they’re busy and to call back later, very frustrating as I need my results and can’t reach anyone
