Wait time is crazy, at least 2h wait
The front desk staff were kind and check-in was smooth, which was a positive start. However, the clinic itself felt quite uncomfortable possibly due to construction or just the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the Dr.Huang was not great. There was little communication or warmth, and I felt rushed through the appointment. Yr office seriously needs to start letting yr patients leave massages its absolutely stupid that us patients cant leave a message for any issues they were may have or cant make r appointments yr office is the only medical office that im know of that doesn't allow there patients to leave messages and to my point that's very irresponsible and unprofessional for a doctor's office U NEED TO CHANGE YR POLICY ASAP !!! .....as im reading these reviews ive never seen so many negative reviews on 1 doctor and its front desk staff ever... read more
this old goof and his office is useless,,, no one answers the phone and fax always rings busy... maybe so incompetent MAYBE he is out of business.
