Extremely disappointed with my visit. The older Spanish woman at check out was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Her attitude made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with respect.
Do not pay for a visit ahead of time in the app! I paid, the doctor I was assigned to had to leave the practice for an emergency and I never was credited back that co pay. The billing department will advise that it was never there.
Physical therapist Dre/ Andres Ramirez at Davie Blvd & Andrews Ave location is so great in so many ways. Book your sessions with him. He is very thoughtful that he is teaching you while doing the rehabilitation on my left shoulder. He went above & beyond just the sessions, if you have questions after the session he was responsive to my email.
Dr Moretti was very professional and made me feel relaxed and taken care of. Highly reccomend.
Dr. Manzi, is *Excellent* and such a welcome relief. He spends quality time with you, explains lab results clearly, diagnosis, treatment plan. Versus Dr. Kuykendall who severely misdiagnosed my husband in 2002 which nearly led to his death. I am very happy to have found Dr. Manzi.
