I had a very disappointing experience with Holy Cross Rio Vista Primary Care. I was scheduled for a physical with Erica Wigdor and completed lab work prior to the appointment as expected. Apparently, there were two lab orders in the system, one from last year and one for my current appointment, and the lab processed the incorrect order. Can I give zero stars? How disappointing can a healthcare provider be? I had my annual exams scheduled six months in advance. On the morning of my appointment, I received a call canceling the exams because the lab did not have room. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and planning.
