I had a recent appointment with the doctor and very happy with the attention I received. However, I have made several attempts to call the office to have my bloodwork order sent to Quest and it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone from the office.
I am pleased that this group/including Dr Wigdor. .Sade, Keke, Maria,Melissa & Dr Kinter were so very helpful, pleasant & kind!!Both the Drs as well as the assistants went out of their way to make me feel comfortable!!!
Worst communication..help you make an appointment, cancels on you because they forget to book your blood work, makes another appointment for you for blood work 4 months later, you make it, when you come for your appointment to discuss with doctor(Wigdor) and you are stuck in downtown Fort Lauderdale traffic and call to let them know you’ll be late because you are courteous and arrive to find out they cancelled the appointment for you without telling you after being stuck in traffic. Extremely disappointed with my visit. The older Spanish woman at check out was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Her attitude made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with respect.
