Don’t waste your time with this practice. I tried to switch to Dr. Dunhill as my primary care physician. He canceled our first appointment (he was ill) and I could not get a new appointment for two weeks. They called me today and canceled my rescheduled Friday appointment (he wants to leave early). Online booking is a Joke and booking an appointment constantly getting bumped. I don't know how anyone can keep their patients when you treat appointments like like this. I was told the online system for booking isn't correct for new patients and bumped three times after scheduling an appointment. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE!
I'm have been trying to get some papers signed. I have been calling for 3 days, every time they tell me to wait for a call back from Dr. Manzi Assistant. 4 days now , I personally went to drop off the papers I needed. I can not get anything done.No service at all.
Do not come at the scheduled time, as you will spend at least an hour waiting for your appointment anyway. I have been to this clinic four times and have never been seen at the appointed time. Each time, I spent 2 hours of my time at this clinic. The clinic does not respect patients’ time. Very poor customer orientation.
