Avoid this place. Poor communication, impossible to reach by phone, and they didn't even show up for my scheduled appointment. I went to the lab as planned and it was deserted. No one to help or explain why. Unreliable and unprofessional.
I have a wonderful doctor in this location but the staff changed this year and it is making difficult to send referrals. This year something change I went to a 2 doctors that I asked a referral with a month before and unsteady to send a referral to Avmed they send just a referral from my doctor I almost lost my appointment. I need to wait on them to send when I was at the location. Beware - some of the practices here seem like an insurance scam to gain additional revenue for this practice. It's difficult to get in touch with anyone. I tried to take the simple action to order labs before an annual physical (as the doctor had directed last year) and it's taken at least 5 phone calls so far and hours of time. The only information I've received to date is that the time between annual physical's necessitate being seen before the physical to be able to order labs for the physical.
