I have been a patient of Sport medicine Dr Fernando Manalac in Holy Cross Ortopedic Institute ,for 8 years,and I am truly impressed by him both as a specialist and as a person. I have never felt any pain , when he performs injections in my knees. Believe me , I have seen doctors in both America and Europe ,and he is simply the best -there is no comparison. Avoid if you have responsibilities. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment for a 5 minute paperwork process. My appointment is at 3:15. It’s 3:45 and I’m offered to be sat in the back behind two patients because I complained. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if both parties aren’t going to fulfill their end of the bargain.

HORRIBLE experience. 1 star is a gift. Had my initial physical therapy appointment today at 12:30. Arrived at 12:16, check-in, and hand over all the paperwork. Receptionist takes my copay, tells me to have a seat, and the therapist will be right with me. 35 minutes later after another receptionist asks my name. She tells me my appointment was 11:50, I'm late, and can't be seen. I tell her it's for 12:30 and to look at the paperwork where it is clearly stated. She tells me it was changed to 11:50.
