This is for Tamara Williams in the Northridge Lab if I could give 20 stars I would. The best phlebotomist I ever had in my 57+ years of life. I have Tiny Veins and I can share hemotoma stories of bad phlebotomist. I will ALWAYS come back to Tamara. She used this bandage too, my favorite color is purple

After injuring my leg on vacation and visiting an ER and having it treated, I wanted to have Holy Cross check it over. Since the Holy Cross health Plex wound care had no openings for several days, I went to the Northridge internal medicine. After unwrapping my bandage and checking it, neither of the residents knew what to do so they called in the attending physician. I contacted the office to speak directly with a medical assistant because I had multiple concerns that needed to be addressed. The front desk representative, Graciela Q., offered to assist me. I thanked her for the offer but respectfully explained that I preferred to discuss my concerns directly with the medical assistant to avoid repeatedly sharing my protected health information (PHI). Scheduling is fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and polite but have absolutely no ability to coordinate, communicate or execute. They simply do have their act together despite being what appears to be an ample staff.
