This facility is terrible. I went to pick up a patient. After waiting for 2 hours for them to bring her down to the lobby, I got a call from the doctor to ask if I was going to arrive soon or not. Nobody even told her I was there. I had to wait a 3rd hour for her to finally come out. Other people in the lobby had the same experience. Literally nobody there was seen in less than 3 hours. The worst! This doctor is not practicing medicine, he is passing time! His female assistant of 20 years runs the practice as if she is the MD. The doctor is out to lunch all day every day and has no clue or care about the patients. Multiple complaints with department of health and human services. Hope they are shut down
