After nearly 9 years as a loyal patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. What was once a caring, patient-focused office has become increasingly dismissive and unprofessional. Communication regarding my care and medications repeatedly fell through, and when I raised concerns about an inappropriate interaction with staff, management never followed up despite multiple requests. Scheduling is fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and polite but have absolutely no ability to coordinate, communicate or execute. They simply do have their act together despite being what appears to be an ample staff.
Wow. Brand new facility. You can go downstairs and get your blood/urine done with having to go to LabCorp or Quest. So nice.
This facility is terrible. I went to pick up a patient. After waiting for 2 hours for them to bring her down to the lobby, I got a call from the doctor to ask if I was going to arrive soon or not. Nobody even told her I was there. I had to wait a 3rd hour for her to finally come out. Other people in the lobby had the same experience. Literally nobody there was seen in less than 3 hours.
