I contacted the office to speak directly with a medical assistant because I had multiple concerns that needed to be addressed. The front desk representative, Graciela Q., offered to assist me. I thanked her for the offer but respectfully explained that I preferred to discuss my concerns directly with the medical assistant to avoid repeatedly sharing my protected health information (PHI). After nearly 9 years as a loyal patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. What was once a caring, patient-focused office has become increasingly dismissive and unprofessional. Communication regarding my care and medications repeatedly fell through, and when I raised concerns about an inappropriate interaction with staff, management never followed up despite multiple requests. Scheduling is fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and polite but have absolutely no ability to coordinate, communicate or execute. They simply do have their act together despite being what appears to be an ample staff.
Wow. Brand new facility. You can go downstairs and get your blood/urine done with having to go to LabCorp or Quest. So nice.
