Terrible. Nicole Nicome is condescending, dismissive and just plain rude. An hour late for my appointment time just for starters. Apparently I am not the only person who has had a negative experience with her, based on other reviews. She needs more training on common respect and professional courtesy. I will never return to the Galt Ocean office again.
I hadn’t been to the doctor in a couple of years and honestly was really nervous about going back. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming that I immediately started to feel more at ease. Dr. Nicole Nicome was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything so clearly, took her time with me, and never once made me feel rushed. Please read this before scheduling a consultation. I strongly encourage you to read all the reviews—not just the positive ones, but also the few negative ones. Take them seriously. I’ve been a patient at this practice for about three years, ever since I married my husband and began seeing his primary care provider.
