Very rude staff, the manager is absolutely unprofessional! First, you wait for your appointed time for at least 20-25 days, the time is of course maximally inconvenient for you and if you are suddenly late, God forbid, due to problems on the road for at least 20-30 minutes, then you will simply be refused admission and offered another date which of course will not be convenient for you. F. Shepherd, Nurse practitioner was extremely professional, helpful, and listened to my needs. I really recommend seeing her she was informative and kind. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
Dr Bashir is very rude. Walked in, did not even say hi. He started colonoscopy before anesthesia was given! That was painful, had to tell him. He made some negative remarks and believe he was referring to me. Find a different Dr. Stay away from here...
From our experience on the phone with Christy, to the nurse or C.N.A., Althea, to Dr. Feldman, everyone we encountered was patient, attentive, and informative, answering all of our questions, and providing great patient care!
Dr Feldman was very informative and took care of me answered my questions and very professional.The staff exceptionally helpful caring especially Mark at the front desk are beyond amazing I felt welcome ,cared for, and complete at ease.I will definitely be back.Highly recommend
