Really poor customer service, the assistants don’t know read the system and give you reasons of the process, they say “we call you” and never happens. I have been at laboratory 3 times , 3 different weeks , they collect my blood and never showed up, when you ask for something they never know nothing. Is the worst medical service I’ve seen.

I like Dr Su Diaz, hes a very good Dr., however the staff and customer service is HORRIBLE. You cant get thru on the line then if you do they act like you are a bother. My last yearly physical I called to make an appointment, although I have been a patient for years I was told there are no openings and we are not taking New patients. Same hour I went online,,,and scheduled an appointment. This week after multiple calls I did receive a call back. Told them my issue and asked to speak to my doctor. That request was denied.
