I was pleased with my visit with the doc. The greeting team was wonderful
I have called this doctor's office a number of times and left messages and i have not gotten one call back as of yet. It's literally scary that I need my medication, especially for my seizures, and I can't get ahold of anyone from my doctor's office for the medication. I have also been asking for a specialist to see a cardiologist... never got a message back or a referral!
Dr Aurelien & her staff are great from check in to check out.
The experience turned out to be very good. When l first called to set up the appointment, the only available date was two months later. It was far too long for me. But in the end I accepted it. Days later I called letting them know that I couldn’t wait for two months to see Dr Aurelien. I was thrilled when they called me on the same day to tell me that I had the new date for the following day. I was able to see the doctor, get my lab work done.
