The ladies in the front are so mean. I have never been to a doctor's office and been treated like this. The moment I entered the door A-27 they each looked me up and down as if I was a scarecrow. The office was completely empty, 5 ladies behind the glass desk and no one said hello. After about 3 minutes Cilina said hello, I walked up to her and told her who I was and that I am here for my appointment. It's amazing to me that you have such poorly trained staff. Called to make an appointment this morning and the person I spoke with was completely unprofessional. You may have a great group of Dr's but remember everyone in that office is a reflection of you.
