This office is run so poorly. Worst I have ever seen, I had to drive to office with handwritten notes on exactly how to get my referral written so I would not get denied for the 3rd time because this office isn't able to properly write referrals for a patient. I have been going to this doctor for many years in his previous office. Once he came onto this new office everything changed. No personal anything and you can not even get someone to help you. This place is a mess they DO NOT PICK UP the phone and when you leave the nurse a message good luck getting a phone call back my husband left the nurse a message 8 months ago and is still waiting to hear back from her ! The front desk is very dismissive go elsewhere where they do value patients and care about them ! HORRIBLE PLACE I don’t know why the hell I have been going to them !
