After switching my health insurance to Ambetter, I discovered that nearly all local doctors are tied to Holy Cross. I am giving this a one star to raise attention to the STAFF (front desk and nurses). When I call to clarify or understand a question regarding the meds or a procedure, I was yelled at, hung up on, and told 'i do not have time for this'. Unacceptable. Particularly from the nurses who were not only rude, they were cruel and unempathetic to my feelings and concerns. It is critical to get the meds RIGHT after hospitalization.
