I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member named Shirley. I called to make an appointment for an EKG my doctor prescribed. Shirley repeatedly pressed me to explain why I needed it. I mentioned I was at work and unable to go into granular detail over the phone, but she was unwilling to accept that and continued pushing for more information.
