Very poor follow up. Send message in My Chart and they don’t respond. I would not recommend this pace for your heart health. Very disappointed
When I asked Dr. Llanos if he looked at the notes from my ER Holy Cross visit that took place 11 days prior to my appointment with him, he said, "No." He told me my condition is "no big deal." I told him prior to me going to the ER & while there, I was dizzy, lightheaded & had shortness of breath because my heart wasn't working properly. I told him I believe those issues ARE a BIG deal.
