My next visit there will be my last. Their appointment system has become a circus, but I wouldn't even need an appointment if the could renew my statin prescription over the phone. Can't do that because nobody answers the phone. I can't leave a message. Their call returning system either doesn't work or nobody could be bothered. Today is 1/3/23 and to get the prescription refilled I have to wait until my appointment on 2/4/23. This is the most unprofessional medical office I've ever been to, I have had better service at a CVS minute clinic even at an Urgent Care. I'm not even the patient for this place my mother is whose is coming here for Diabetic and High Blood pressure care. So far it's been long waits with low number of patients even coming in, and if there are other patients there are no priority for those who sign in before others, just told you're next when you are not.
