Bad experience with their billing service Holy Cross Med Group Billing/Trinity Health. We were making monthly payments and in January we received a collections letter. They were cashing our checks so we thought everything was ok. They did not have the courtesy to send a notice or make a phone call. When we finally got a hold of someone, they just dismiss our complaints. We paid the $118.00 balance right then because we did not want to deal with them anymore.
