The doctors themselves have been professional and helpful, but for the 2nd time in 6 months, my doctor has quit and every time they assign a new doctor we are told we are a "new patient" and have to have a separate appointment that costs hundreds of dollars, x2 for my wife as well. I also asked what I owed for this appointment and was told nothing. I’m incredibly frustrated with Holy Cross Medical Group and how they handled my appointment. I needed a simple physical for work, and after explaining this clearly to the scheduling department, they booked me with Dr. Pyngoli. When I arrived early and checked in, I was told that the doctor refuses to perform physicals for new patients. Instead, the first appointment is apparently just for “establishing care” and reviewing medical history.
