I've called daily for two weeks after my cardiologist was retiring: I've left voicemail messages multiple times to make an appointment and have not heard back. It's frustrating to try to make appointments with the group and to have the scheduler go to voice mail every time, no matter when I call.
The whole entire staff is super kind and caring! Dr Fields, who I saw is one of the nicest, thoughtful, caring doctors I have ever seen. Great bedside manner and takes her time with you. You can tell she truly cares about you as a person and wants to help. Highly recommended.
Called at 4:28 and they had already turned on the voicemail. Needed test results sent to another doctor. Just beware, they close way earlier than 5pm.
The girls in this office operate with no compassion, they’re are arrogant and refuse to solve your problems when called. I’ve been a patient in this office for about 10 years, really like my doctor but unfortunately he was on vacation when I had a problem and was admitted into the hospital. The doctor on call came to see me for maybe 5 minutes the first day and I never saw any cardiologist in this practice the 4 days I was here.
