Marketing Manager Talk about highway robbery. I came in knowing I had tennis elbow, knowing I have a small amount of arthritis, and was taken advantage of financially. Check this out: 1) visit 1 (June 4): a squeeze to knee, squeeze to elbow (diagnosis arthritis and tennis elbow) Already knew that... but doctor thought that I should come in for xrays. Good doctor, bad office manager I have to give this office a negative review and for that I apologize to the doctor. Dr. Loza is actually a very nice, friendly and good doctor. However, my wife and I had HORRIFIC experiences with the office manager for his staff... First of all on multiple occasions we waited and waited to hear back with test results and eventually had to call the office (on multiple occasions like this) to hear our results. When we DID hear it was (seemingly intentionally) cryptic and scary from the office ... read more

Mike the Patient Dr Harake is one of the easiest Doctors to talk to about the most personal issues. He always is professional and personable in a most comfortable way that makes me trust him completely. I also feel he is extremely honest with me about every thing I talk to him about. He tells me when I need to change something and if I don't he will be there to put me back together again if he can. I will never change this doctor. He is also only a phone call away.
