Quick, efficient, thorough
I went to Holy Cross yesterday for the flu and chest pain. The staff was incredible from start to finish. E Smith, MD And L seaming Pa were delightful! I felt very cared for they did everything as far as breathing treatment, EKG chest x-ray pills shot warm blankets bottle of water. The nurses and the doctors were so compassionate, wonderful, wonderful bedside manners And the facility was clean. Everybody was just so nice. It was such a pleasant experience. Went in today for an abscess on my arm. I got dropped off by a co worker. The PA never asked me if I drove or offered pain meds except for motrin. Yet in his notes he said he asked if I drove and couldn't give me anything. Lies. They purposely didn't give me 1 of the medications on my medical chart. For what reason I don't know. I'm sure it's more lies and excuses.
