I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the medical team who performed my cardiac angiogram two days ago: Dr. Fronk, RNs Erica and Micah, and Techs Todd and Nathan. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine support were truly exceptional. I felt well cared for and in very capable hands throughout the entire procedure. I will always recommend HCD as an outstanding place to receive medical care. Thank you so much.
If we ever get referred to here again, we're going to ask for a different reference. Went in for an endoscopy months ago, never got the results for the biopsy. Went back again, paid the estimate in full up front (both times, +1,000$ gone) and now their billing us for more, without prior notice. I don't think so. Can't leave a comment on just the hospital. Collected a payment that should have gone to my insurance and applied to my bill. now they are trying to stick me with the payment again + the anesthesiologist payment. Their billing department is garbage.
