I went to the emergency room, the care was fantastic, quick and easy, all the people I dealt with were professional and caring. I highly recommend Holy Cross emergency room and would like to thank everyone who took care of me.
Total Communication Breakdown. You can call all day and get NO ANSWRRS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 MONTHS THAT A 1 DAY REFERRAL TAKE 10 DAYS FOR THEM TO SUBMIT A REFERRAL! It's not the Insurance Company! it's Holy Cross not submitting.
