Holy Cross Hospice took care of my father for the last two weeks of his life. They were caring, knowledgeable, and provided the support we (my mother, siblings and I) needed. The nurses, CNAs and entire team were available for us and guided us through the end-of-life process, as hard as it was. It was comforting to have a Catholic hospice provider since our faith was critical in my dad's life as well as the rest of the family.

I have such high respect for this Catholic Hospice whose team works hard to do right by the patients. From their nurse supervisor Justin, to their amazing nurse case managers like Cassie and Lisa. Their hospice liaison, Davaree, is one of the best in the field. I would highly recommend Holy Cross Hospice to patients and family members!

I would like pass on our experience with Holy Cross Hospice. It was hard to take in the fact that my father's next steps were Hospice. With saying that, we could not have had better care and communication for my father and our family! Yes, my father did pass away but staff continue to reach out to my mother as well as myself asking if "any other family members have additional questions or are in need of bereavement/grief support." I absolutely love this hospice!! They are amazing to work with. As a Care Home owner of Ashton Gardens it’s very important operational to get orders quickly and have them signed. This hospice is great at that. Cassie, the RN is phenomenal and I highly recommend her to any one of my residents for the best care!
