Choosing Hospice care is not easy, but Holy cross Hospice fit our needs perfectly and our family is extremely grateful for the care that my mother recieved over the period of 5 months. The entire team was attentive to our needs and available 24/7. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the compassionate care my stepfather received during the final day of his life. Although he was only under hospice care for one day before passing from dementia, every person we encountered made a lasting impression on our family. The entire team at Holy Cross were absolutely wonderful. They were a true blessing to us. We live 7 hours from our family member so being kept up to date almost daily was such a godsend. Our family member left us with peace and dignity. If you are in need of Hospice for a loved one please consider Holy Cross.
Holy Cross Hospice took care of my father for the last two weeks of his life. They were caring, knowledgeable, and provided the support we (my mother, siblings and I) needed. The nurses, CNAs and entire team were available for us and guided us through the end-of-life process, as hard as it was. It was comforting to have a Catholic hospice provider since our faith was critical in my dad's life as well as the rest of the family.
I have such high respect for this Catholic Hospice whose team works hard to do right by the patients. From their nurse supervisor Justin, to their amazing nurse case managers like Cassie and Lisa. Their hospice liaison, Davaree, is one of the best in the field. I would highly recommend Holy Cross Hospice to patients and family members!
