I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent appointment with Dr. Amin. I found both you and your staff to be rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time the staff is also rude and unprofessional. During the video call, the nurse took notes and you failed to read them before speaking to your patient. Dr Amin is extremely knowledgeable and professional.He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to treat them. I'm very pleased with the care provided by him! 🙏
I started seeing Dr. Amin at the place and he seems nice at first and very attentive, but it just an act. i went to him second time to check up on a bladder issue. The test result came back and It tells me that I have a mild infection. He was trying so hard to tell me to leave and never come back that there's nothing wrong with me. He likes to waste time pretending to care about your concerns since he's just a cog in the system of the hospital it's not like he gets pay by the visit. Dude looks miserable.
Let’s say I want to say that this place has become the worst place I have ever been to. Although my husband and I have been coming here for the last 15 plus years. We used to drive for 45 minutes to get here because we liked this place and the doctors. I switched my doctor a year ago and my husband probably will not go there anymore starting today.
