I have never been more disappointed with a medical office in my entire life. The staff at this location are the epitome of unprofessionalism, and it’s truly shocking. The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I tried to ask for help or clarification, I was met with sarcasm and eye rolls. The sheer lack of empathy was staggering. I would not visit this office again. While Dr.Farr and the office staff were nice enough, there were a few issues. One the Nurse was very pleasant but very inexperienced. She didn't know the names of basic medication and I had to show her on her computer what it was, also I went throughout my own medication in my chart on her computer which I am pretty sure is some sort of violation. Dr. Farr basically wanted to refer me out of the office asap because she didn't want to take the time to do a thorough examination of my issue.... read more
